Yeh Film Kis Baray Mein Hai ?
The movie Operation "Shikaar" is mainly about Pakistan-China Intelligence cooperation. In the movie certain secret Chinese Government files go missing from their Consulate-General in Toronto. They were stolen by a R.A.W sleeper cell operation in Toronto. Major Altamash Haider of the I.S.I is brought in to raid the R.A.W station office and retrieve the stolen files.

Is Mein Kia Such Hai ?
Operation "Shikaar" is mostly fictional BUT the outline behind the whole production is very true. The robbing of the files is based on the activities and arrest of R.A.W agent Cmdr. Kulbushan Jhadav and the raid is based on the heroic covert operations carried out by the I.S.I throughout the world to safeguard the territorial integrity of Pakistan.
